If you still need help after reading, feel free to get in touch.

Our coaching team will help guide placement based on age, experience, and goals. We recommend booking a trial if you are unsure or reaching out.
Training requirements vary depending on the program and team level.
All athletes will train at least once per week, with some fully competitive teams requiring a second session. Class durations range from 30 minutes up to 2 hours, with detailed schedules provided in the 2026 info pack.
The first training session of 2026 will commence on the 2nd of February!
Our training sessions follow the school terms, which includes having time off training during school holidays. However, during peak competition periods, athletes on fully competitive or elite teams may have required training sessions during these periods.
Competition season typically runs from mid-year through to the end of the year. Exact competition dates vary by team and division, with full details of the current competition schedule detailed in our info pack.
It is important to note that most All Star competitions run over the weekend, and can include Fridays when outside of the school term. The exact day and compete times is dependant on many factors, such as the team, division or age group, and will be finalised by the event providers closer to the competition.
We ask that you make your best effort to attend all trainings, however if exceptional circumstances and you cannot attend, please ensure to inform your team coaches.
Fees vary depending on the program and team level. Invoices will be sent prior to the start of the first class for each term, and are due on or before the due date (week 2 of each term), with fortnightly direct debit options available where required. Full details per team are outlined in our 2026 info pack.
Discounts are available for athletes crossing over to multiple teams, and families with multiple athletes enrolled.
For the best learning environment, we do not allow parents to watch regular classes. However, on occasion parents may be welcomed in at the end of trainings to see their child's progress.
All athletes will receive our 2026 club shirt, which will be required for particular events. We ask athletes to wear appropriate training attire during classes.
This means clean and comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in, such as activewear. Please refrain from wearing school uniforms.
We also ask that athletes wear footwear appropriate to their disipline. This helps support safety, performance, and correct technique across all programs.
If your question is not listed here, feel free to reach out, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
