At High Voltage All Stars, our coaching team combines passion, industry experience and competitive excellence. With experience spanning national titles and international stages, our coaches are dedicated to inspiring and developing athletes at every level.
Led by Founder, Director and Head Coach Jessica Old, our coaching team is focused on athlete development, progression and confidence, while creating a positive, inclusive training environment where athletes feel motivated, supported and part of the High Voltage family.




Jessica Old is the Founder, Director and Head Coach of High Voltage All Stars and the heart behind the club’s dance program. She is an IASF accredited coach (Levels 1–3) with over 20 years of experience across dance and performance and teaches across all dance divisions, including teams, solos and duo athletes. Jessica is known for her high energy, creativity and strong commitment to athlete development.
In recent years, Jessica has guided High Voltage athletes onto the international stage, coaching soloists Jessica Paisley and Athena Poon to compete at the Dance World Cup in 2024 and 2025, while continuing to lead teams at state and national competitions. She also coaches High Voltage’s Elite Open Dance Team, Neon, who will represent the club internationally at the 2026 AIA World Championships in Montreal, Canada.
In 2025, Jessica’s leadership was further recognised when she was selected as Associate Coach for Youth Pom Team Australia, representing Australia at the 2026 ICU World Championships in Florida.
With a strong passion for hip hop and performance-driven choreography, Jessica is dedicated to creating a training environment where athletes feel inspired, supported and confident both inside and outside the studio.
Positive, detail-oriented and performance-driven, Indigo coaches across all cheer teams at High Voltage, as well as tumble and conditioning classes. She was an original athlete on High Voltage’s competition team, Surge, and now plays a key role in developing athletes across the program.
Indigo began cheering in 2015 and coaching in 2018. She has competed across Levels 1–4 at state and national competitions and has earned international bids, including The Summit in Orlando. Since joining High Voltage in 2022, she has become a core member of the coaching team, recognised for her creativity, innovative choreography, and strong technical expertise.
Known for safely pushing creative boundaries, Indigo creates dynamic, high-impact routines while maintaining a fun, high-energy training environment. In 2025, she coached our Level 1 Open Cheer Team, Overload, to become the 2025 AASCF National Champions.


Jessica Paisley is an accredited Level 1 coach who brings passion and performance experience to the High Voltage All Stars coaching team. She coaches our Junior Dance teams and assists with cheer coaching across the program.
With over 10 years in the All Star cheer and dance industry, Jess has trained and competed across a wide range of dance styles and is known for her strong stage presence, emotional connection, and technical foundations.
Jess has competed at multiple national competitions as both a soloist and team dancer, earning Highest Scoring Soloist at Evolution Nationals and representing Australia at the 2024 Dance World Cup in Prague. In 2026, she will represent High Voltage internationally as an athlete on our Worlds Dance Team, Neon, competing at the AIA Global Tournament in Montreal, Canada.
Jess also coaches and choreographs for Curtin University Cheer and Dance and is passionate about supporting athlete development and performance growth.
Charlie is an energetic, driven athlete with a strong technical background as both a flyer and tumbler. She has been involved in cheerleading since childhood, competing across Levels 1–4 and at multiple national championships.
Charlie began coaching at 15 and assisted with Mini cheer training at High Voltage during the 2024 season. She focuses on age-appropriate skill progression, athlete development, and creating a positive training environment.
Charlie values High Voltage’s supportive culture and enjoys helping young athletes build strong foundations, confidence, and a long-term love for the sport
