All Star Cheerleading is a fun, high energy sport, combining stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance. Programs range from introductory levels through to elite competitive teams, including both tumble and non-tumble teams.

All Star Dance is a competitive, sport where athletes perform choreographed routines across a variety of dance styles, ranging from recreational to fully competitive.
Our current dance styles offered include, Jazz, Pom, Lyrical, and Hip Hop, with structured competitive pathways and technical foundations in team, solo, or duo pathways.
